All rates are net/villa/night, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, refreshing welcome drinks upon arrival and return airport transfers. Rates do not include breakfast.

Prominent features of the house are its large open-air living room opening on the pool deck, providing an easy transition from indoors to out. Its large freeform swimming pool has an eye-catching shape, emphasizing and reinforcing the minimalist features of the villa. The décor is funky yet stylish, pulling a mix of elements together into a modern and youthful combination.

The two buildings feature a mix of stone, wood and marble flooring. High ceilings grace all the rooms with the focus of the complex being inwards toward the swimming pool. All the bedrooms feature air-conditioning, with fans decorating the ceilings within the open-air areas. A bathtub large enough for more than two looking out onto is own private garden is the focal point of the master bedroom. There are four full-sized bedrooms with queen-sized bed, additional sleeping space is provided with the inclusion of a fifth bedroom featuring a single bed intended for use by children or nannies.

Located within walking distance of the famous La Luciola restaurant and the Oberoi beach, this villa is within easy striking distance of many of the islands hotspots such as the Living room restaurant and Ku dé Ta. A villa for relaxation and play!

The Maharaj is fully serviced by: A full-time house manager, One full-time cook, Three maids, Four security guards, One gardener and pool attendant.
